About YOGA on the HILL

Yoga on the Hill has been happening for over 15 years.  Word of mouth, community involvement, commitment to a healthy mind and body in the workplace, accountability to one another.  All that has kept us coming back to the mat over and over again.

Yoga on the Hill is run by Laura.  As yoga teacher and practitioner I am committed to being of service making yoga available to all those who are interested and might benefit from a regular practice. 

Our Classes

Yoga classes are open to all practice levels and abilities.  Bring your mat, props to support your practice, and comfortable clothes that will allow you to move freely. 

Donation-based classes

All our classes are donation-based with a suggested sliding scale for signing up in advance:

  • Tier 1 - $5/class covers 55 minutes of guided yoga 

  • Tier 2 - $7/class covers 55 minutes of guided yoga and the use of our growing online library of classes

  • Tier 3 - $9/class covers 55 minutes of guided yoga, the use of our online library of classes, and the behind the scenes work that helps keep Yoga on the Hill running

If you choose to drop in occasionally for class, we suggest donating $10/class.  We aim at accommodating any financial hardship.  If that is the case, please contact us.

All classes are streamed live via Zoom. You will receive access once you sign up for class. Payment: we accept payment via Venmo @LauraCarimTodd. Alternatively, contact us to arrange payment via PayPal, check by mail or other.
